Join us at the center located at the Parents Center for Health Education and Welfare offices located at 1930 South 25th Streets.

Saturday, December 17 10am - 2 pm.
New Orlean residents share their candid experiences, life in the Big Easy , How it was, What Happened and How it is now!

Hear first hand from families that experienced New Orleans horrors their entire lives, the double standards, low wages, police brutality, poor housing, poor services, plantation living, the horrors after the flood. The broken promises, what happens now and other real stories from the real people that experienced these events. Come out and taste the Cajun cooking and warmth from the people that endured and still have love in their hearts.

Listen to how they survived 3 days on the bridge without food and water. How the people banded together to save each other in a real crisis. Get a real message of survival and lets brain storm how we need to better prepare for the worst.
